Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted courier services. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary depending on location and service selected at checkout.

Order Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

BABBA Brows / BABBA Pro is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Parcels marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

We are happy to assist where possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be redirected or refunded.
