Refunds & Returns

Due to the hygienic and professional-use nature of BABBA Pro tools, all brushes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including:

• Order number

• Clear photographic or video evidence

Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect cleaning, chemical exposure, or heat

All promotional or sale items are final sale unless faulty.

Cleaning

• Clean brushes regularly using a gentle professional brush cleanser or mild soap

• Avoid harsh detergents, alcohol-based products, or disinfectants

• Rinse using lukewarm water only

• Do not allow water to enter the ferrule

Drying

• Gently reshape bristles after washing

• Dry flat or angled downward

• Do not dry upright while wet

• Avoid heat, radiators, or dryers

Professional Use & Storage

• Use controlled pressure during application

• Do not pull, twist, or bend bristles

• Store in a clean, dry, hygienic environment

• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat

What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not manufacturing faults and are not eligible for replacement or refund:

• Damage caused by excessive soaking

• Heat damage

• Chemical exposure

• Incorrect or aggressive cleaning

• Wear consistent with professional use
